Sample activity:

Stand on the 12 and begin whisper/loud counting by fives.

When you reach five, shout it out, then jump to the number one.

Continue around the circle, jumping to each new number as you reach a multiple of five.

When you are done, stand in the middle and have someone call out a multiple of five. Jump to the corresponding number.
